The Centre Cultural del Vi brings its experience to pairing cheeses and wines to offer you classic combinations from our gastronomic culture.
We present a selection of some of the most exclusive cheeses in Catalonia, paired with the local wines that bring out their best flavours.
You’ll discover the areas where they are produced, how they are made and curious facts about the produce you’ll be tasting.
Includes:
- 20 minutes class and tasting
- tasting of 5 cheeses, 6 wines and 1 type of cured sausage
- accompanied by bread, olive oil, honey, dried fruit and nuts
- 60 minutes tasting at your leisure
Length of session: 2 hours.
Language: English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Times: Thursday to Friday at 7.30pm and Saturday at 2pm and 7.30pm.
